Orchestral

Ever since a young age, the orchestral environment has been a major focus in Josh’s journey as a cellist and musician. Joining several youth orchestras, including the National Children’s Orchestra and National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain, Josh went on to become the principal cellist of the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra Youth Orchestra.

Since then, Josh has gained extensive professional experience playing with a variety of ensembles, from more traditional classical based setups like the innovative Manchester Camerata, The Midland Sinfonia, Piccadilly Symphony Orchestra and Gloucestereshire Symphony Orchestra to other styles of orchestras like the Manchester Video Game Orchestra. Josh became a member of the Paraorchestra in 2024, where in April this year he performed in London’s debut of ‘Trip The Light Fantastic‘.
